SOW was started by Julianne Couch, Suzanne Bopp, and Ann McCutcheon back in 2005 to bring the Laramie community a taste of what's going on in the world of music and literature, both nationally and locally. Other hosts have included H.L. Hix, Craig Arnold, and Caskey Russell from UW and Chris Garnhart from the Albany County Public Library in Laramie.

We're a completely independent and non-profit outfit, manned by folks who do it for the love of it. We broadcast from KOCA 93.5, a bilingual community radio station based in Laramie Wyoming.

As a non-profit volunteer setup we're always looking for supporters of both the show, and the station. As a community radio station, we're always on a shoe-string and can use the help of any good natured souls to keep us on the air and thriving.
